Stress is often defined as a bodily response to the demands of life. Its the fight or flight response, usually it is not a conscious choice, it is learned response from previous early life experiences. Anxiety usually is a perceived threat. 

You will learn how to ground experiences in the present moment, how to recognise, allow, investigate and not identify. This process will lead you to understand that you are much more than this present moment, allowing you to grow compassion for your self.

I work with the unique approach using brief strategic interventions combined with hypnotherapy to help you deal with your addictions because addiction is not a personality it is a learnt surviving strategy which means that it has special unconscious meaning and purpose for you. Together we will discover reasons and triggers for your addiction. Why you are so empty within yourself that you have to search for solutions in the form of attachment and dependancy on others? Using the power of your unconscious mind, we will work to change your thinking and feeling process.


Grief is a natural response to loss. You can experience all- natural emotions from shock or anger to disbelief, guilt and profound sadness.  The grief process takes time, and healing happens gradually.
